Key Deliverables :

Overview of the position :

The role will report into the Head of e-Commerce.

- The Logistics Head will be responsible to manage all the third party delivery partners by providing the best last-mile experience to the customers. The role will also be responsible for acting as a strong interface between order processing to last-mile delivery partners.

- The goal is to succeed in the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Leading last-mile deliveries of all cities

- Champion in resolving customer issues within timelines and enhance the customer experience

- Headcount and Infrastructure planning

- Create and ensure strict adherence to SOPs

- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, other vendors on a daily basis

- Meet cost, turnaround time, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets of the shipments

- Create and update MIS reports on a daily basis and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

- Responsible to handle geographically dispersed teams

Skills and Competencies :

- Minimum experience of 7 years in logistics, transportation, warehouse or industry-related field is preferred

- Proven leadership and collaboration skills with experience effectively supervising, coaching and influencing employees

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations
