The Head of Land Acquisition & Capital Markets is a strategic leadership role responsible for identifying, negotiating, and acquiring prime land parcels while driving capital market initiatives to support business expansion and investment growth. This role requires expertise in land transactions, real estate financing, investor relations, and regulatory compliance to ensure seamless execution of land and capital-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Land Acquisition:
Market Research & Feasibility Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify viable land parcels for acquisition.
- Evaluate land based on market trends, zoning regulations, and business requirements.
Negotiation & Transaction Management:
- Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and local authorities.
- Oversee due diligence, title clearance, and legal documentation for land acquisitions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, developers, and landowners.
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, and project management) to ensure alignment.
Capital Markets:
Fundraising & Investor Relations:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract capital investment for land acquisition and project financing.
- Manage relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, and other financial stakeholders.
Financial Structuring:
- Oversee structuring of financial deals, including debt and equity instruments, for land acquisition and related projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory guidelines.
Market Intelligence: Monitor capital market trends, assess risks, and identify opportunities for investment growth.
Strategic Leadership
Business Strategy:
- Align land acquisition and capital market activities with the organization's long-term business goals.

Team Management:
