We are urgently hiring for looking for candidates with prior experience in Business Development or Land Transaction or Land Acquisition from International Property Consultancies (IPCs) and Real Estate Developers for a leading MNC at Chennai.
Job Description:
- Industry Connect is crucial - connect with Brokers/ IPCs / Developers / Land Owners
- Should have understanding of Chennai Real Estate Rules for FSI Calculation and should be able to do Financial Feasibility models (P&L).
- Conducted locations studies to identify potential investment opportunities and various deal structuring
- Understanding of various development options and broad steps for project execution - Should be able to understand the stage of development for the Project and identify broad risks in the project.
- Broad Legal understanding to understand the basic title of the Property
- Feasibility studies for product, pricing, sales velocity estimations studies, market trend analysis.
- Provide strategic counsel through customized research inputs and MIS.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
