Head - Land Acquisition & Capital Markets - Real Estate

As Head of Land Acquisition, the candidate will be responsible for executing capital transactions like sale, purchase, JV. strategic/financial investment

1. Sourcing of land deals in line with company's stated focus cities/areas

2. Site visits for land parcels which have potential

3. Doing prelim financial analysis for such deals

4. Adept in financial modelling, doing in depth market analysis of viable deals and running financials

5. Negotiation with land owners to bring them on board for deal

6. Due diligence, research, preparing proposal, transaction documentation

7. Product brief post closure based on micromarket /customer research

8. Competition mapping through secondary and primary research

9. Micromarket assessment for price and velocity

10. Relationship management with key personnel across landowners, developers, investors, PE funds, etc

Experience & Skills required:

1. 8-12 years of experience successfully handling deals of land acquisition

2. MBA - Preferably finance

3. Experience of raising capital / dealing with PE funds / capital market experience

4. Taxation structure related to real estate / RERA regulations
