Designation - KYC Training Head

Location - Bangalore

Required Skills set - end to end lifecycle of KYC/ Client Due Diligence, should have exposure on Training & Development

Role Responsibility :

- Manage a global team to rollout a strategy around training of client operations and KYC operations

- Collaborate with the Client Management Team and Policy Team to support on strategy, planning and deployment of regional and global learning initiatives

- Act as a central point of contact for any learning requirement within the region and globally for the Client Ops Teams.

- Understand the technical needs of learners and/or requirements of project stakeholders and be able to develop and deliver in association with KYCS SMEs and PILs technical training content related to global standards and other global remediation projects.

- Build relationships with onshore and offshore stakeholders to be able to work through the training lifecycle (assess, design, deliver and evaluate) in the provision of the necessary technical training

- Gather inputs and view-points from deployment project team, key stakeholders within the business to understand training requirements, timing and resources

- Be able to discuss with key stakeholders within the business about learning requirements for the teams and ensure mutually satisfactory resolution of key issues.

Knowledge & Experience -

- Minimum 12 to 18 years of management experience in managing teams and stakeholders in KYC operations & training.

- Excellent analysis, design and problem solving skills

- Good organizational, planning and management skills

- Good knowledge of using MS Office tools, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint

- Delivery-focused with ability to pay attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality
