Head - KYC & AML - Banking

I am on the look out for a candidate who is into KYC & AML for atleast 18 years. Currently suitable for the role of Head - KYC.

1. Ensure team's performance capability and competency level for optimal performance.

2. Mentor and coach direct reports and assist direct reports in managing their teams.

3. Define & implement methods to increase retention, increase levels of engagement within the Function. Analyze causes for attrition; find solutions and improvements to keep attrition low or in line with organizational targets.

4. If and when applicable (teams split btw Pritech, Voyager and Chennai), develop specific managerial practices around remote teams management and role model them

Qualifications:

- Masters Degree in Business, Computers and/or Bachelors in Technology, CA, ICWA

- Experience and strong knowledge of managing a shared service center environment

- Successful customer service track record and the ability to foster a service oriented work environment
