We need Head Knowledge Management Program for a Pharma Company based in Hyderabad

Role : Head - Knowledge Management program

Designation : Sr. Manager to DGM

Role :

- Heading the Knowledge Management program - Defining and Executing KM Strategy & Governance for Our client

- Growing the Knowledge Management Practice to make it scalable and responsive to the needs of the organization. Includes KM in Projects, Communities of Practice, Portal development (from Business perspective), KM training across locations and Operations

- Working to deploy People Networks, Process interventions and setting up a Knowledge Sharing Portal

- Deploying focused KM interventions within various accounts and Business units of the organization

- Supported by dedicated shared service teams on Technology, Branding & Operations.

- Focus on Peer to Peer learning, Informal learning to complement knowledge sharing strategies.

- Supporting an organization wide Digital transformation program through learning and knowledge sharing.

- Program managing organization level change management initiatives

- Market Intelligence, Service Culture, etc.

- Initiatives such as Toastmasters Club - A Communication and leadership club with a focus on developing the identified Strategic Talents within the organization.
