Head - Knowledge Management

Job Summary:

To design and lead the firm's KM initiatives:

- Define, set up and disseminate the knowledge management process to harvest existing and potential knowledge.

- Play a Pivotal role in developing the Knowledge Management function and taking it to the next level.

- Drive the Knowledge Central initiative of the firm (Project INK) at the National level.

- Drive the knowledge management process and collaboration of resources at a firm level

- Engage with the Management Committee and Partners to understand how the KM function can be developed more and bring innovative ideas to reach the next level.

- Able to synthesise the law firm knowledge assets for enhanced productivity and expertise building.

- Able to bring together diverse stakeholders of the firm to create, strategize, and implement enhanced knowledge management, including specialised research.

- Work with HR to design a scoring system for KM contributions at the firm and reward the key contributors.

- Regularly understanding from Partners, the effectiveness of KM documents and improvising the search model wherever required.

- Work with Training PSG to create a training database to store the documents for training conducted for future use.

- Innovate and implement KM initiatives to make the function friendly to use.

Experience:

- A qualified candidate with a minimum of 15+ years' post-qualification research/academic experience.

- Preferred experience with Law firms or Big Four in KM, academia, and research is helpful.

- Prior experience in Information/System management.

- Keen interest in legal technology and integration
