Head - Key Account Management - For a Supply Chain Logistics Management & Solution Company

15 to 20 years of experience of handling Large Enterprise Clients with PAN India Teams
Role & Responsibilities :
- Will lead and oversee activities of the entire key account management department.
- Expands and Maintain relationships with strategically important and large consumers. Assigned to the highest-value key consumers.
- Lead key account planning and ensures that all assigned consumer accounts within the department are catered for and that their needs and expectations are met by the business.
- Taking care of a set of Regional and National Key accounts and ensuring proper engagement and relationship management. Ensure Maximum wallet share and retention.
- Lead the KAM department in assessing, clarifying, and validating consumer needs on a regular basis.
- Develop solutions that best address consumer needs while simultaneously coordinating the involvement of the necessary business personnel inclusive of support, service, and resource management in order to meet key account performance objectives and the consumers' expectations.
- Develop account specific growth strategies and approaches. Drive and develop account specific growth strategies and approaches.
- Building strong and long-lasting relationships with Enterprise Clients across industries
- Establishment of a solid understanding of the competitive market in order to realize how best to acquire and retain high-value consumers.
- Play an analytical role, conduct research and gather data on the consumers, the market, and competitive environment in order to identify key improvement areas in account maintenance and management.
