About the Role:
As a key leader within the company and as growth driver of Digital Rewards business in India, the Senior Account Director / Vertical Head will be responsible for retaining and strengthening client relationship across one or several business verticals and managing a multi competency team.
Responsibilities:
He/she will be in charge of:
- Planning and strategizing to retain and expand current customer relationships across one or several business verticals
- Managing financial objectives (topline, bottom line, profitability, cash collection) of related portfolio to ensure profitable and sustainable growth of accounts
- Ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients: measure and monitor clients/ merchants' engagement and satisfaction (NPS)
- Guaranteeing Clients SLA monitoring and alignment with clients and contracts requirements
- Managing client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements, opportunities and preparing proposals and quotations
- Ensuring transparency and compliance of your portfolio engagement and operations, aligned with Group practices
- Ensuring all your engagements are properly contracted and both internal and external SLA (clients, suppliers) are properly formalized
- Managing multiple teams led by Account Managers and Executives
- Interacting with executive leadership and others functions / department concerning clients, product, operations and technology related key topics
Qualification and Experience:
You have 10 years experience minimum in a similar function within Rewards and/or digital Marketing solutions industry
You are post graduate, preferably MBA.
You have demonstrated:
- Capacity to sustainably develop a client portfolio
- Capacity handling senior client relationship and driving through client organizations - Enthusiasm and drive to manage multi locations teams
- Excellent project management skills
- Capacity to integrate multi and cross functions teams and interact with internal Senior Executive Management and at client / partner level
- Capacity to develop your team's skills and capability, identify and retain talents and build Account Management Dream Team
- Capacity to define and manage client programs at healthy margin
- You are Ambitious, sales oriented, entrepreneurial spirit
Languages required: Fluent English

5 days work culture.
Location: Thane, Noida
Specific working conditions (part-time, travel requirements, working hours, .): Full time position, may require regular travel to client locations and team visit across our 4 India offices
