Head - IT Security - Retail/Hospitality/Real Estate

- Our client is a leading player in Retail/Hospitality & Real Estate Industry. They build and operate some of the world-class projects and have attended leadership status in these categories. They are expanding their operations and they have an aim to be leaders in implementing cutting edge technologies in their IT division. 

- They have ear marked ambitious budget to be on top of the live in information Technology. For this they are looking for Head - IT Security with more than 18 years of experience with following KRAs but not limited to this:

1. Drive organization level IT security, corporate & business continuity function.

2. Develop & enforce policies, processes and best practices to achieve security compliance.

3. Manage Security assessments such as Vulnerability Management, Application Security assessments, Penetration testing for all Market areas, Business areas and Group Functions.

4. Manage data analytics, Artificial Intelligence and automation of IT Security Operations.

5. Manage cyber security posture and identify a practical route to minimize risks, recommending cyber security measures based on the Industry best practices & standards.

6. Review and implement new security policies, security procedures and work instructions in line with Global Group Directives.

7. Conduct periodic review of Tactical & Strategic requirements to address evolving threat landscape.

8. Support Managed Security Services Portfolio and increase the customer foot print.
