- Recruitment expert, who will develop and execute on our hiring strategy to build a high performance technology team in India
- Defining and articulating the annual recruitment plan for your business. Have the ability course correct as needed
- Build strong partnerships with your internal customers to understand and deliver on their current and future strategies
- Displaying strong problem solving to be able to solve recruiting challenges along with your stakeholders. These can include speed to hire, targeted sourcing, achieving a better conversion ratio, etc.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and manage the candidate experience to "best in industry" standards. Hand hold candidates through the entire assessment process
- All vendor engagements and interactions
- All forms sourcing - direct sourcing, referrals, re-hires, internal mobility for your business
- Drive transformational projects to deliver step changes in the recruitment process
- Ensuring process adherence & governance of the entire process. Ensuring all candidates go through the needed assessment criteria
- Supervision of all recruitment related MIS for your business that includes pipeline numbers, source mix, conversion rates
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in lines with our values, guiding and mentoring the team (this role will initially have 1 direct report)
