Job profile:

- Tech Platform Development: Design the high-quality tech platform which will be based on the Project/ Customer's lifecycle journey and the various business solution offerings

- Strategy Development: Devise the strategy to establish the concept of the Company's vision

- Process Development: Integration of platform with existing business processes

- 'Phy-gital' Approach: Ensuring that the tech platform has a seamless working and integration with our physical network and stakeholders

- Platform Management: Monitor the timelines for the various stages of platform development and incorporate further development opportunities based on business requirement

- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT team and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth platform development and timely delivery

- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in the platform. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a stable and robust application

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of prior work experience in developing sales and services platforms in the B2B industry

- Experience in B2B platform development

- Technically sound

- Preferably from a start-up ecosystem to be able to own the process end to end
