Head of IT Infrastructure Security

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy and execution of infrastructure security across on-premise and cloud environments.

- Design and enforce security controls for network, server, virtualization, and storage systems.

- Oversee the deployment and management of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint protection, and DDoS mitigation tools.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps teams to embed security by design in architecture and operations.

- Ensure infrastructure security compliance with industry regulations (e.g., RBI, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) and internal policies.

- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and regular audits of infrastructure components.

- Respond to security incidents and lead root cause analysis for infrastructure-related breaches or outages.

- Manage infrastructure-related aspects of identity & access management (IAM), network segmentation, and patch management.

- Evaluate and implement advanced security technologies (e.g., Zero Trust, micro-segmentation, network behavior analytics).

- Mentor and lead a team of infrastructure security engineers and analysts.
