Job Profile:
1. Responsible for Infrastructure IT operations across the country & Geo locations involving End User Management.
2. Work closely with Shared IT services unit for managing Unit specific SLA. He is expected to monitor team's performance closely and drive for continuous improvement both in performance & perception of services.
3. Ensure high Availability & Performance of IT infra across the globe
4. Manage SLA for all the operational areas, improve productivity and efficiency by adoption of tools and automation.
5. Responsible for New ODC builds along with design and implementation.
Desired Profile:
1. 15-18 years of solid IT Operations experience in managing complex & end-to-end IT infrastructure. Experience in running mission critical 24x7 IT infrastructure operations of large organization
2. Should have handled large teams cutting across the different locations & geo
3. Should have very good process orientation around ITIL & other quality methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma etc.
4. To have fairly decent technical understanding of IT infrastructure components like Network& Security, End user Management to be able to lead the team effectively
