Job Title: Head - IT Infrastructure

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 18+ Years

Responsibilities:

- Experience in handling the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and scalability, aligning technology with business needs, and managing the team.

- Responsible for maintaining and developing the infrastructure, often including cloud solutions, data centre, network systems, and security protocols; key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and monitoring IT infrastructure, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the financial services sector.

- Strategic Planning, Team Leadership and Management, Budgeting and Cost Optimization, DevOps Practices, IT Asset Management, Capacity Planning.

- Expertise in cloud computing platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS) and hybrid cloud environments including cloud cost optimization strategies.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, networking, storage, and security systems.

- Experience with data centre operations and management. Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.

- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for service delivery, Cloud cost optimization, Server uptime and Network uptime.
