Position : Head IT Infrastructure

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Head to lead and oversee the IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable systems to support business operations. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of IT systems to meet current and future needs.

- Collaborate with C-level executives to align IT infrastructure with business objectives.

IT Infrastructure Management:

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and data centers.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of IT infrastructure to support business operations.

- Micro-segmentation, SD WAN Rollouts, ensuring quality of service, NAC, DAM, Netscope management.

- Oversee the management of cloud infrastructure and services.

Project Management:

- Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure projects like application roll outs, BAU updates, New branch roll out etc. from initiation to completion.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Vendor and Team Management:

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

- Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

- Oversee IT budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality.

Patching and Update Management:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive patch management strategy for all IT systems and applications.

- Ensure timely and efficient deployment of patches and updates to mitigate security vulnerabilities and enhance system performance.

- Monitor and report on patch compliance and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with the information security team to address any identified vulnerabilities.

Compliance:

- Maintain key IT Infra Policies and Compliances

- Ensure IT infrastructure adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standards

- Manage regulatory reporting and facing internal and external audits.
