Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations

Our client, a global Fortune company, seeks a visionary Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations. This role focuses on continuous improvement in technology infrastructure, enterprise service architecture, delivery, and user experience through contemporary technologies and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive enterprise technology infrastructure and operations strategy.

- Lead teams managing digital workplace services, service desk, asset management, and automation.

- Transform service management to enhance end-user experiences.

- Interface with technology service providers and equipment suppliers.

- Manage relationships with core technology suppliers and third-party service providers.

- Oversee a large team of direct employees, partner resources, and virtual global teams.

- Implement ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management.

- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Key Requirements:

- 20-25 years in managing enterprise technology and transformation.

- Experience in large-scale enterprise infrastructure in a 24/7 environment across multiple geographies.

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, ITIL, and service management frameworks.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus.
