Head - IT Infra - NBFC

Urgent requirement for the post of Head - IT Infra.

Hiring for client NBFC based out at Mumbai.

Purpose of Job:

Serve as the process owner of all IT activities related to the availability of core IT backbone, integrity and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee and business information in compliance with the organization's information security policies. Assist with Digital Transformation of the company business from conventional lending and paper-driven execution to digital process.

Help formulate Digital vision and implementation roadmap by defining future state digital technology, content management, analytics & cloud native solution architectures. Support maximum digital transformation via integration of digital technology into all areas of a business via technology adoption, structure data gathering, process definition, and organizational change.

Be the change agent and spearhead in defining new process, leverage tools, frameworks, platforms to manage, mitigate and minimize all IT risks and cybersecurity threats.

Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities or Duties:

- Owner of all IT Assets within the company, spearhead all IT Audit and Compliance activities covering Information Security and Cyber Security projects, processes and assets

- Act as Data guardian and a SPOC for all Core IT aspects covering, but not limiting to End User Support, Desktop & Server support, Office/branch IT Network, company-wide software licensing, Communication and Collaboration tools, Data Backups, Recovery, Firewalls and Security aspects within the company

- Responsible for maintaining server infrastructure for the entire company on company's data center and AWS and spearhead data center Cloud Migration strategy

- Work closely with the CTO and other technology leaders and business heads within the company, as the driving force behind our organization's digital transformation

- Act as a business consultant to help transform the company and respective businesses from manual and semi-automated processes to maximum automation

- Liaisoning with CISO to ensure all Security related aspects are documented, followed and executed within the company. Support CISO with implementing a strategic and comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program

- Provide leadership to the enterprise's information IT organization, understand and interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all IT projects, systems and services

- Responsible for entire EOD, EOM processes for multiple core systems

- Liaison with partner consultants, all business stakeholders and product partners for enterprise product rollouts to ensure maximum uptime and timely availability for all business applications and IT assets

- Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems

- Spearhead communication with all concerned regulatory bodies for all IT measures and activities

- Responsible for P&L of Core IT team spread across multiple sub-functions and locations.

Required Skills:

- Professional Degree (Bachelor or Masters) in IT - related field

- Professional business administration, security management certification - a plus

- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST

- Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams

- Thorough understanding of end to end process for engaging and reporting critical information with regulatory authorities in matters of IT Security, Cyber Security, Information Security audits / compliances / breaches etc.

- Knowledge of all aspects of Lending business from IT, Networking, Security, perspective

- Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services

- Specific experience in Agile (scaled) software development or other best in class development practices

- Ability to present Core IT initiatives to CX stakeholders and represent the company on various platforms

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 15 years' total experience across various IT verticals

- Minimum 10 years' experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies

- Minimum 10 years' experience in a combination of Core IT, Risk Management, Information Security

- Knowledge/Experience of Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualized environments - a must.

Academics:

- Post Graduate or Graduate (Engg.) in IT, CS from a recognized university

- Post-graduation in Management from a recognized university - Preferred

- Certifications / Certificate Courses on Cyber Security, Network Security, IT Management - Preferred

Industry Experience:

- Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies - MAN

- Familiarity with lending businesses spanning physical/digital/partner driven distribution models - a must

- Experience working on Banking & Payment solutions, Mobile Apps, Web Apps, Peripheral solutions - Preferred
