Head - IT - Healthcare IT Consulting

I'm Hiring head IT for a leading health care IT consulting company.

Role

- Define short-term and long-term strategy, lead new implementations, and manage existing applications

- LAN/WAN Environment – Define overall architecture, ensure high reliability, flexibility and uptime

- Security & BCP compliance – Define security policies and procedures, achieve compliance to HIPAA and ISO security requirements

- Productivity / knowledge management– Develop and implement best-practice guidelines

- Client interaction –Support setup of infrastructure, security compliance, infrastructure provisioning for new client engagement

- Commercial function –Define IT budget, lead procurement of IT hardware & Software

- Technology partnerships - Lead & manage technology partnerships including Microsoft Gold Certification

- Team development –Mentor, Manage and develop existing IT team

- Vendor management, IT Assets management (hardware and software licensing)

Profile

- Bachelors in Engineering (with good academic record)

- Atleast 12 years of total experience in IT industry

- Atleast 5 years of experience in managing internal IT / technology environment (esp. applications)

- Presence to work and interact as part of Client ’s senior management team

- Strong written and spoken communication skills
