Our clients are a Leading Pharma organization. They have a Pan-India presence and profitable & growing operations.

Our clients seek a highly accomplished IT Leader based in Hyderabad to take ownership of the IT Function. Must have strong strategic & operational IT experience (preferably in the pharma industry).

The incumbent will report to the CEO.

- Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Purpose: Will spearhead IT, digital services, and automation initiatives to subscribe to 'Factory 4.0' directives.

KRAs:

1. Develop critical IT Systems for Customer relationship management (CRM), project management, SAP S4 Hana ERP, LIMS, Finance, Production, Quality & R&D automation, and web platforms.

2. Administer and monitor IT Infrastructure, including on-premises hardware, cloud computing systems, connectivity across locations, and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Graduation / Post-Graduation

2. Should have 15 - 25 Years of experience in IT

3. Adequate experience in Digital Transformation

3. Must have led a team of at least 2-3 managers/ executives.

4. Experience in budget management and technology procurement. Strong relationships with vendors and software suppliers
