Head - IT Business Solution Architecture & Delivery

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the design, development and delivery of IT Business Solutions.

- Together with the Business Stakeholders and the Demand Management Team, drive the creation, simplification, and harmonization of Business Requirements.

- Implement Global and Local Business solutions throughout the market

- Coordinating the software development performed by external service providers.

- Lead the development for Legacy Systems and Local Applications

- Lead the development for Integration of local and legacy applications with Global applications (Oracle EBS, JD Edwards)

- Lead the development for Integration of eCommerce and mobile applications with local, Legacy and Global applications.

- To ensure that business system developments are in aligning with the current IT strategy, and that maximum use is made of development already carried out in other parts of the business.

- To input specialist knowledge and current best practice on information systems into the team to support and add direction to their overall business objectives.

- Plan and manage the Solution Delivery Team within the IT Organization and its processes, evolve IT solution architecture and standardization in alignment with Enterprise and Regional Architecture team and given global standards.

Desired Candidate profile :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with 15-20 years with experience in managing larger software development teams . Should have Good Knowledge of Point of Sale and Retail systems.
