- Define IT roadmap & Digital capabilities for respective function to deliver business objectives and create value

- Recommend IT solution for a particular function by identifying industry practices and analysing available options to meet business requirements

- Program & Portfolio Management.

- Plan & ensure solution support to both the external (vendors) and internal stakeholders (business function heads) by continuous engagement with the stakeholders and conducting periodical performance review to enhance customer and vendor satisfaction
