Client : One of the leading IT Company
Role : BPO IT Leader
Location : Noida
Responsible for overall IT for the BPO business of the company globally, including Customer RFPs, Proposals, IT Solutions, Transitions and IT Operations. The role also include winning deals for the company along with business teams by offering cost effective and leading edge IT solutions along with gaining confidence of the customers.
He will be leading a team of IT professionals in delivering above responsibilities and need to closely work with IT Shared services / domain teams in delivering the goals.
The candidate should have deep domain knowledge in BPO areas including great Project Management experience, great communication and people management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Customer RFP / RFI response
- Cost effective and leading edge IT Solutions
- On Time, On Budget and On Specification delivery of all IT Transitions / Projects (Customer On Boarding)
- Ensure highest availability of IT Systems, Platforms and Services to customers
- Driving large Corp. IT initiatives by closely working with key stake holders
- Ensure adherence to Customer MSA IT Requirements including Business Continuity Management.
- Ensure adherence to the co. / Service Providers / Vendors Compliance requirements
- Driving migration of seats / projects across facilities to drive consolidation benefits
- Driving cost productivity initiatives for improving margins
- Working with various IT Domains and IT Shared Services teams for timely and cost effective delivery of all IT Services to business stakeholders
- Ensure timely and quality handover of projects to IT Operations team for ongoing support
- Publishing IT Metrics for respective Projects / Customers
- Taking regular & timely customer/stakeholders feedback and working on continuous improvement
- Participating in Customer IT Governance Calls
- Focus on - Standardization-, - Simplification- and - First Time Right-
- Driving Internal / External Customer / Stake holders Communication
Skills & Experience :
- Approx. 20 Years of overall IT experience with 5 + years of experience in large BPOs
- Qualification : BE / B Tech Preferred
- Excellent BPO domain skills
- Good experience in IT Infrastructure & Applications solutions
- Great Project Management Skills
- Great People Management skills and Customer handling skills
- Great Communication skills
- Driving cross functional teams for achieving the common goals
