Role : Head IT Applications ( Web, Mobile & Cloud Based Applications)

Location : Mumbai

Purpose of the Role :

Develop transformational strategy for all allied applications in IT domain ( Web, Mobile & Cloud Based Applications) to deliver and drive Business results.

Responsibilities for the Role :

Strategic :

- Define and Deliver Allied Applications Strategy for the Company.

- Extract business expectation and design Allied Applications strategy aligned to business goals

Operational :

- Lead Allied Applications transformation across the company in collaboration with respective functions, defining responsibilities across functions and organisations and integrating Allied Applications into mainstream work systems

Lead Allied Applications transformation within company with focus on :

- globalization and scale while permitting local flexibility,

- right sourcing to specialised vendors

- Lead cross channel CRM definition and implementation for showcase brand

People / Team :

- Effective Interaction with senior executives to drive strategy

- Develop and manage high performing team

- Foster multi-function collaboration, maximize employee commitment and Lead change

Develop second line :

Desired Candidate :

- BE or equivalent with 15+yrs of experience

- Good Experience in Allied Applications like JAVA applications, Intranet, sharepoint,mobility, cloud applications (covers all non SAP related applications)

- Ability to Understand Business Needs.

- Experience in Manufacturing Company or in Projects with Large Manufacturing Clients
