Job Description :

About the role

You will tackle challenging, stimulating and innovative work. This position would involve working on Internal Systems, operating in a specialist manner, providing technical expertise and leadership on programme delivery assignments within the organisation. You can expect to perform roles across the whole development lifecycle for the organization.

Experience -

You should be able to demonstrate career progression with increasing responsibility in business transformation or IT Delivery project/product development roles; have strengths in ERP (SAP), business analysis, Digital transformation activities, problem solving and interpersonal skills as well as commercial acumen. You should be able to formulate and deliver creative, value adding solutions to internal organization issues/new initiatives

- Prior experience in managing the It Applications (ERP, Intranet, application, etc) for a large corporate

- Exposed and implemented AI\ML\deep learning \RPA new technologies - brought some digital transformation in past experience.

- Strong Business process knowledge with a focus on driving automation is a must

- Good experience in Delivering Projects using Web based Applications using Microsoft Technologies (ASP.Net, C#.Net, Share Point)

- Experience in the field of Mobile App Development desirable

- Very strong understanding of integration of technologies and enterprise architecture

- Good experience in developing products around domains like Project Management & Financial Management

- Candidates will be expected to have knowledge and experience of roles across all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and requirements through to implementation, testing and Go Live for software products

- Ability to conveying complex messages in ways that is easy to understand.

- Ability to communicate to inside and outside stakeholders effectively

- Working with Internal Stakeholders to introduce change to ensure sustainable improvements

- Experience of working and managing stakeholders at all levels in an organization

- Having knowledge of different project methodologies (e.g. agile), processes, techniques and issues

- Ability to manage a large and varied workload, to prioritize and multi-task

- Prior experience of working with vendors \ partners for projects or specific staffing needs

- Knowledge of CMMi Level 5 practices

- Good experience in managing teams of 30 - 50 people

- Budget development and management

- Academic excellence is assumed

- MBA or a Master's degree is an added advantage

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to build and maintain excellent relationship

- Ability to efficiently interact with different teams, senior management & Business users

- Able to lead and collaborate with several functional team members who are highly experienced.

- Self driven, results oriented.
