Job Title: IT Application Development Head

Location - Mumbai

Job Description:

As the IT Application Development Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and integration of applications across various platforms. You will lead a team of talented developers and engineers to ensure the seamless execution of projects that enhance our technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end application development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

- Manage and optimize application integration processes, including with SAP systems and other enterprise solutions.

- Spearhead projects utilizing .NET/.NET Core, Native Android and iOS, Flutter, and Cloud technologies (Azure).

- Utilize skills in Node.js, Angular, React, AI, ML, and Data Analytics to innovate and improve our technological offerings.

- Oversee the management and enhancement of our Learning Management System (LMS).

- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (14+ years) in application development and integration, with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Strong proficiency in .NET/.NET Core, Native Android and iOS, Flutter, and Cloud technologies (preferably Azure).

- Additional skills in Node.js, Angular, React, AI, ML, and Data Analytics are highly desirable.

- Experience in integrating applications with SAP or similar ERP systems.

- Prior experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
