Head - IS - Finance - Oracle Finance Consultant

Job Summary :

To manage all aspects of Finance / IS support and Projects in the Finance Vertical within IS. To Manage and Lead the finance IS Team members

Key Responsibility :

- Responsible for managing the finance modules of the ERP system.

- Ensure that the finance policies and operating procedures meets ERP processes and work flows, data and organization structures, financial reporting and consolidation, management and budgeting needs, financial controls, and management information.

- Engage, collaborate and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.

- Oversee the implementation of global strategic IS initiatives.

- Financial management of IS budgets relating to Projects.

- Senior management reporting.

- Vendor & strategic partner relationship management.

- Mentoring and development of team members

Qualifications & experience :

- Should have 10 to 14 years experience of this 8 years must be on Oracle modules of GL, AP, AR, FA, and a good knowledge of Process Manufacturing costing

- Candidate preferably should be a Chartered Accountant and knowledge of Finance of Manufacturing and Distribution industry

- Should have 4 to 5 years of domain experience

- Person from consultancy background also will do Should be able to manage a large team

- Should have managed projects of Large to medium nature

- Should have leadership quality and very good communication skills and self motivated person

- Position is based out of Sharjah

- Should have sound Business understanding and ability to lead initiatives along with the business users
