Head Investor Research and Relationships.

Scope: Responsible for developing, and driving robust relationships with analysts, portfolio managers, researchers, rating & credit analysts, media etc. and large institutional and non-institutional investors. For creating mechanisms for researching, gathering and sharing investor & analyst feedback.

- Periodic earnings and conference calls.

- Tracking perceptions and opinions of investors and analysts, ownership analysis and price movements.

- And analysis of collected information and feedback presentation to the concerned.

- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business

- Sharing managements- vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value with the stakeholders

- IR strategy development and implementation with a view to instiling/maintain/enhance investor confidence in the company and management.

- Ensuring compliance on relevant regulatory provisions.

Education / Experience / Skills.

- CA/ PGDM/MBA.

- Post qualification experience of around 8-9 years in roles focused on above-mentioned responsibilities

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of capital markets & macro environment and financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.

- Strong communications and presentation skills

- Understanding of laws and disclosure and filing requirements.

- Quick learner, ability to grasp industry and company's business dynamics.

- Strong collaborative skills.

- Analytical, innovative and research oriented.
