Head - Investor Relations - Telecom - CA/IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI

- Manage long term relations with existing investors. Periodic Investor interactions and communication to keep them abreast of the latest developments, result declarations, investment pitches and query resolutions

- End to End Transaction management, Transaction origination & execution for equity (M&A and PE) deals

- Managing commercial & financial due diligence; Negotiating Term Sheet, Shareholders agreement

- Analyze investor calls of competitors and provide insights

- Work with stakeholders across functions to collate the data for investor presentations and reporting

- IPO Preparation. Post IPO relationship management with analysts and investors

- Development of company's M&A strategy and investment plan

- Plan and execute the due diligence of the potential acquisition target, assess the strategic fit of the target companies

- Portfolio management of existing investments/companies

- Identifying and analyzing the financials and other operating metrics of global peer group

- Preparing Company's Financial model for valuations, based on internal projections/ budgets/ MIS reports

- Understanding assumptions and analyzing projections made by Buy and Sell side Analysts

- Communication

- Preparing crisp comprehensive collateral for the Company's internal and external communication

CA/MBA(Premier) with 12-15 years of experience out of which 4-5 years in Investor Relations. Candidate should have strong communication & presentation skills.
