Job Description:

- Head the Investor Relations and Strategy function for a leading NBFC in the Indian market

Description :

- Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and financial performance goals.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Lead the preparation and dissemination of financial reports, presentations, and other materials for quarterly earnings releases, investor conferences, and other relevant events.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and disclosures.

- Act as a spokesperson for the company, representing our interests and conveying our value proposition to the investment community through meetings, presentations, and other channels.

- Stay abreast of best practices and industry standards in investor relations, continually seeking opportunities to enhance our approach and improve transparency and accountability.

Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success in investor relations roles.

- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and communication, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial markets.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives and enhance shareholder value.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to investor relations and public companies in India.
