Head- Investor Relations for a manufacturing company (Pune)

Location :- Pune

Job Description :-

1. Networking with business heads and regular interaction with senior Management to ensure communication of apt messages to analysts.

2. Manage relationship with key market participants like analysts, investors and fund managers through regular business update meetings.

3. Financial statement analysis & operating metrics' analysis to address investors' queries appropriately.

4. Organize analyst meet, conference calls and road-shows with participation of key investors and analysts.

5. Preparation of monthly Board Presentation.

6. Preparation of quarterly presentation for Audit Committee meeting and for Board meeting.

7. Managing relations with investors, analysts, fund managers and other capital market constituents, Improving Research coverage, raising equity capital etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

Education :- CA/ MBA/ CSO

- Candidate should have 8-10 yrs experience.

- Candidates from corporate/ banking sector can apply.

Compensation :- 20 - 25 L p.a
