Job Description

Address regular Analyst calls about company performance and future plans.

- Responsibilities included Corporate Strategy, monitoring performance review of investee companies, Investor Relations, and Merger & Acquisitions

- Reviewed financial and operational performance at business and Group level on monthly basis to highlight the emerging trends, identify issues & suggest corrective actions

- Formulated growth strategy, business plan, budgets and capital allocation policy for the Group

- Headed Investor Relations function accountable for developing IR framework, market cap improvement strategies, presentations, engagement with the Investor community, providing feedback and strategic input to Management etc.

- Developed a framework to benchmark the peer's financial performance with the various business of the Group to provide meaningful insights into performance and strategy of peers

- Handled M&A transactions across the group involving restructuring, acquisitions and divestment of non-core businesses.

- Evaluated financial feasibility for new business initiatives, capex proposals, and business consolidation

- Prepared presentations for the Board Meeting and Audit Committee
