Job Description - As Head - IR, you will be responsible for interacting with institutional shareholders, mutual funds, FIIs, DIIs, rating agencies as well as corporate communications.

Description :

As Head - IR, you will report to the CFO. Your key responsibilities would be:

1. Maintaining a proper Investor Relations (IR) plan and upgrading as per requirement

2. Detailed comprehensive and competitive analysis of different financial models/ Financials tools/ Financial Metrics, etc.

3. Being aware of performance and result metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis

4. Identifying the different classes of shareholders and presenting in accordance with their requirements

5. Detecting the ongoing operational changes in the organization and tracking them and convey properly to the Investors

6. Training and development programs with corporate communications on a regular interval

7. Should maintain and help corporate communications create press releases, presentations and other communication documents, earnings-related, events and strategy for the brokers, analysts, institutional investors

8. The IR Manager should read the Analyst reports and summarize them for updating the top-management

9. Relationship building with the members of stock exchanges to perform the tasks smoothly

10. Serving as the primary point of contact for the investment community

11. Constant updating of the 'Investor Relations (IR)' section on the company website at a regular interval

12. Arranging of Conferences, Roadshows, Earnings transcript calls, and investors interactions whenever required

13. Investor relation job description includes Tracking investors' perception and query on a regular basis and convey the same to the management and to resolve any discrimination if they arise

14. After any Earnings release or publication of Financial Results, the necessary feedback of the Investment community is required to conveyed to the management. In case of any differences in opinion, it is the duty of Investor Relations (IR) to remove the ambiguity between the management and investor groups

15. Development of Corporate Strategy needs the views of the Investment Community and hence proper views of Investors should be updated

Profile :

You are a pure IR and Strategy professional with 10-15 years of experience, with corporates. Candidates from rating agencies, funds, etc. are not preferred.
