Head - Investor Relations - Logistics Business

- Collation of business and financial data from relevant stakeholders in the company

- Data analysis, and story preparation

- Financial modelling and valuation analysis

- Preparing presentations

- Responding to queries of Investors and equity analysts

- Arranging meeting of Investors with the Company's Senior Management

- Building & maintaining relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.

- Providing capital market updates and insights to the top management including valuation trends, investor perspectives and best practices

- Attending equity conferences

- Writing the quarterly performance commentary & Other associated tasks .

- Preparation of regular market reports and investor relations related MIS.
