Designation : Head-Investor Relations

Reports to : CFO

Job Summary : The Head - Investor Relations is responsible for managing the strategic planning and co-ordination of all activities related to investor relations with the objective of increasing share holder value and enhance the image among the investor community.

Responsibilities :

- Plan and schedule the annual investor relations calendar, investor conferences, shareholder meetings. Lead the preparation of investor - related press releases and presentation materials including earning updates.

- Manage the flow of financial information between the company, shareholders and the financial community as per regulations.

- Manage the internal and external investor relations activities; act as one of the company spokesperson for all issues related to investors. Make efforts to market the company to potential investors.

- Advise the company on investor concerns

Qualifications / Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

- Excellent understanding of Finance, Accounting and Capital Markets

- Excellent quantitative skills with good number crunching skills

- Good relations with the investor community

- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.

- Should be able to represent the company with marquee investors .

Required Education and Experience :

- Degree in Finance

- 15-18 years of total experience with at least 5 - 6 years experience in investor relations with a listed organisation.
