Job Description :

- Reporting into the Group CFO, you will be leading the the IR function of a listed conglomerate.

Our client is one of the largest listed conglomerate with operations across the globe

Description :

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be :

- The point of contact for the investor community

- Lead the IR vertical and be the company's spokesperson to the internal and external stakeholders

- Closely work with the Board of Directors and appraise them on current trends,competitor benchmarking, stock price analysis and investor activity

- Involve in generation of the quarterly and annual reports

Profile :

- MBA/CA/ CFA with 10 + years of experience

- Experience of Investor Relations in a listed firm is mandatory

- Looking at someone coming from a health-care background

- Strong communication and stakeholder management
