Head - Investor Relations - AIF

- Setting up of world class investor and distributor experience

- Mapping the investor lifecycle and product lifecycle and defining critical touch points and Investor communication

- Responsible for designing and executing distributor and investor engagement for both offshore and on shore business

- Technology driven mindset and approach

- Is able to resolve the investor queries and concerns with TAT

- Able to build and deepen the relationship with investors and distributors

- Team Management and Team Development-( Hiring /Upskilling existing Team , Motivation and Retention of Talent )

- This person needs to have excellent excel skills, eye for detail and should be a team player as he will be working with other team members and administrators quite often.
