Head - Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with CEO, CFO, CBO and senior Management of the Company.

- Develops the investor relations plan. The IRO works with senior management to devise an investor relations plan. This plan includes outreach programs and the types of information that will be provided to investors.

- Performs a competitive analysis. The IRO performs an ongoing analysis of the investor relations programs and metrics of the company's chief competitors, noting points of differentiation and valuation.

- Develops performance metrics. The IRO develops and oversees performance metrics for the investor relations function. This includes the identification of areas of improvement, with remediation plans that are communicated to senior management.

- Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes

- Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors

- Oversees the production of Annual Report

- Manages the investor relations portion of the company web site

- Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management

- Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community

- Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives

- Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings

- Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed and their view of its financial results

- Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy

Requirements:

- An in-depth understanding of the financial and investment markets

- Knowledge of and experience in Capital Markets/ Corporate IR

- Excellent communication skills at all levels

- Ability of develop relationships both inside and outside the company

- Ability to respond sensitively and appropriately to confidential issues and information

Education / Experience:

- Previous experience of 8 to 10 years in similar profile in a listed company

- Excellent communication & presentation skill

- MBA in Finance from a Renowned Institute
