Head - Investor Relation

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the Investor Relations (IR) vertical

- Build and manage IR teams.

- Acquire new clients for IR services Oversee IR functions, including investor meetings and analyst meets.

- Handle Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)

- Develop and implement comprehensive IR strategies.

- Maintain good connection with brokers and sub brokers in Tier II and Tier III markets.

- Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters

- Help prepare the company's Annual Report
