Head - Investor Relations

- The head of investor relations is responsible for ensuring the cement business is strategically positioned with analysts, investors and all stakeholder.

- The profile reports to CFO and is responsible for creating strategy & framework for providing ensuring a fair valuation for cement business.

- It requires excellent comms and interpersonal skills. Also the ability to carefully manage relationships outside the company in the equity research and investor community.

- The incumbent will produce and deliver effective financial communications to both the existing & potential investors. The position will ensure a two way communication between C-Suite & various stakeholder.

- This will be a highly visible position for an individual who demonstrates strategic and analyticthinking,confidencecreativityeffectivecommskillsandcollaboration

- The Head-Investor Relations will be the business primary point of contact for members of the financial community including institutional investors and security analysts
