- Looking out for Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in conducting due diligence, business valuation, M&A support, developing investor decks for one of our Consulting client.
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
- Manage M&A projects for clients, with specialisation in financial modelling and valuation, financial due diligence, corporate and tax restructuring, foreign exchange regulations and last mile implementation support. Supported by a team of experienced professionals.
- Work involves front facing client engagements and acting as SPOC for different client stakeholders and inhouse subject experts.
