Head of Investment/Wealth Management Portfolios - Electronic Manufacturing

- We are urgently seeking candidates with a strong background in investment management and private wealth management within the CMD office.

- The ideal candidate should have significant experience in portfolio management, treasury, and investment advisory as core elements of their profile.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and analyze alternative investment opportunities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies and fund houses at both working and senior management levels.

- Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new investment products and services.

- Manage the overall investment portfolios and operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's financial goals.

- Implement investment management policies and ensure they align with risk profiles.

- Create and oversee a comprehensive fund allocation strategy in line with financial planning, cash management, and risk appetite.

- Provide up-to-date advice on investment strategies and market updates.

- Forecast changes in the financial market and manage the family office's market position.

- Enhance the risk management function by identifying and addressing risk areas and developing practical solutions.

- Review investment performance and engage in portfolio analysis and decision-making processes.

- Perform treasury functions for the Chairman's private assets, including cash management and cash flow forecasting.

Requirements:

- MBA from a Tier I institute or CA qualification.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, Family Office. with a focus on investment management and portfolio oversight.
