Location : Mumbai
Qualification and Experience: MBA from a reputed B- school with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent would -
- Engage and build valuable relationships with High net-worth Individuals (HNIs and ultra HNIs) for managing their immovable assets- portfolio
- Run real estate advisory for HNIs/ large investors for buying, selling and leasing of commercial and residential properties and land parcels
- Be responsible for acquisition of new clients and end-to-end ownership of their real estate portfolio
- Present research data and trends on real estate and advise clients on growth opportunities in real estate sector
- Internally collaborate with the transaction teams on effective and efficient deal closures
- Manage a team of relationship managers and coaching them as per business needs
- Manage the P&L for the division and work on enhancing revenue and clientele for the organization
- Represent the organization in different forums, as and when necessary
