The following service line is skilled at structuring bulk residential transactions between property owners and investors. It is concerned with helping large investors identify appropriate investments thereby helping them in making strategic, well-timed decisions in acquiring and disposing real-estate assets including pre-leased/leased office space, hotels and other income generating properties.
Position Brief
The scope of work includes P&L of the Vertical, sourcing of Business, Client Management, Team Management & Managing HNI portal
The position will be based in Bangalore and the incumbent will report into Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Business Unit (BU) Revenue, Costs and Profit numbers
- Create, manage, maintain HNI Portal, Source options / listings
- Manage Content, Transactions, Data security, Database (of the HNI portal)
- Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Operations Delivery, CRM, HR, IT, and Quality management for the BU
- Maintaining suitable BU organization structure, IT enablements, manpower, skilling, training, delivery plans, and capital expenditure plan (where needed) to implement business objectives
- Responsible for Marketing, visibility, promotions, sales, pre-sales and conversion for the BU
- Monitoring trends / developments in the industry, positioning / re-positioning, remaining 'relevant'
- Recruitment, skilling, sustenance, promotions and training programs for the BU personnel
- Working closely with Head-Finance to achieve optimum cost / expense targets at BU level, and smooth administration
- Working closely with Head-HR to achieve optimum HR performance at BU level
- Customer relationship management, achieving Customer satisfaction standards
- Ensuring appropriate billing at appropriate times, and collection of proceeds
- Reviewing KPIs on an ongoing basis, ensuring performance reviews within the BU, at different levels, at appropriate intervals
- Assisting CEO in developing Business plans, budgets, resource and manpower plans
- Relationship management with the (other) SBUs / teams within the Organization
Key Skills
- 10 years exp in Transaction Services domain in Wealth Mgmt/ Private Bank/ Family Office or similar field.
- MBA / CA / Post Graduate
- Having good working relationships with UHNIs
- Team leadership
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Analytical abilities & Technology inclined
- Understanding of Financial transactions / processes
- Exposure to Real Estate Investments is preferred
- Assertiveness, collaboration and self-motivation are the key competencies for this role
- Willing to travel
