1. Origination of IB deals (Capital market, debt, PE and M&A) in large/mid corporate domain

2. Maintaining existing relationships and making new relationships with corporates looking to raise funds

3. Identify corporates looking aiming for IPO/ SME IPO

4. Manage the relationships with the Lenders in Private Banks, PSU Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, etc

5. Manage the relationships with PE/ VC funds, family offices, etc and identify the ones looking to invest in corporates

6. Preparing pitch presentations, marketing material, financial modelling etc.

7. Conduct analysis of Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, Key Financial Ratios etc.

8. Assist in executing transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and document preparation

9. Navigate across cross-functional teams and get the job done

10. Develop and maintain industry knowledge and market trends

Eligibility - CA/ CFA/ MBA from IB firm/ Big 4 M&A/ deals team with minimum 5 years of experience mainly on equity side

Approx deal size - USD 2-3 million and upwards
