Purpose of role	   - Develop and implement the business plan for the Investment Banking Group   - Ownership of P&L for the entire business Unit  Key Responsibilities	   - Provide the overall strategy & leadership for the existing IB team and be responsible for growing the business through aggressive pitch in the Capital markets space including M & M , Private Equity, (both debt and equity) and Corporate Finance Advisory services.   - Senior level relationship management, Deal execution and Business Development across both equity and debt products including fund raising, debt structuring, debt capital markets, private equity, capital advisory, financial modeling and investment analysis.  - Vetting of proposals, detailed due diligence of proposals, reshaping of the proposals as per the financial requirements leading to suitable project & financing structure to obtain approvals from financing agencies  - Looking after Merchant Banking operations including discovery of share price/valuation, vetting of draft Letter of Offer and Draft Red Herring Prospectus in respect of Rights and Public Issue assignments  - Provide oversight on successful execution of mandates to achieve business unit targets   - Develop institutional relationships with potential clients as well as PE/VC investor community   - Generate new business ideas, ventures and service offerings that could add to the firm’s existing revenue generation ability   Desired Skills & Experience	   - 15 – 25 years of proven experience in Financial Services space with minimum 7 to 10 years in the Investment Banking space  - Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and investment banking business with an ownership of P&L and team management.   Qualifications and Experience	   Educational Qualification - CA/MBA from a reputed Institute  Prior Experience - Should either be a Head or be one level down in the current organization  	 Satyabhama
