- Origination and execution of IB transactions in the Indian market in close coordination with CIB office in Moscow

- Development of a strategy for the Indian market in terms of provision of IB services by SBER CIB team

- Providing support to the MDs in origination of corporate finance transactions in Indian market, potential deals screening and negotiations with clients

- Full execution process of the transactions, including:

- Supervision of the relevant analysis, documentation and presentation materials preparation in full compliance with existing policies and procedures

- Transaction process organization and management

- Negotiation with the counterparties (incl. on behalf of the client) etc.

- Participation in business planning on the team and implementation of the business plan within the assigned business segment

- Preparation and discussion of analysis and documents for internal business needs
