- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors' share and competitor's strengths and weakness; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Develop the business by acquiring new customers for the assigned international region.
- Prepare, plan and strategize to increase the revenue and market share by acquiring new customers in the specific international market.
- Manage the distribution, network, stockiest and key accounts in the assigned international region.
- Manage the entire marketing workforce; upgrade their skills and overall team in order to achieve the sales ad revenue targets.
- Ensure closure of the complaints and issues by CIR/CNR for packaging division.
- Manage the merchandising and increasing product visibility of the product.
