MBA with 20 plus years of experience in international sales preferably in food/ beverages sector.
Responsibilities:
- P&L responsibility that includes achieving / exceeding top and bottom line net sales and profit targets.
- Identifying growth opportunities (new markets / new product launches) around the world and developing strategies to profitably commercialize these opportunities.
- Managing key distributor relationships to ensure focus on company brands along with appropriate amounts of brand investment and correct marketing mix.
- Developing a high-performing team of global sales and marketing professionals.
- This position reports to President Sales & Marketing
